One day session
During a 1-day session, we will discuss the steps you need to take to turn your idea into an opportunity and, subsequently, to achieve your goal.
1-day session € 1,500.-
At the end of the session, your team(s) will know:
- the ins and outs of the opportunity you identified.
- what needs to be done to seize that opportunity.
- the timelines that are set for the steps to take.
- which actions are defined.
- which actions are allocated to whom.
Do it with you
1-day session and 6 months at your disposal
We will start with a team session in which we discuss your plan. During this meeting, we will also determine the steps we need to take to get you up and running. Based on these steps, we will define actions and allocate tasks.
I will oversee the project and activities carried out by your team. My primary task will be to maintain the focus and keep your team’s spirits high. I will do so by checking in on you and your team on a regular basis. In between meetings, I will be available for any questions you might have.
1-day session and 6 months at your disposal € 20,000.-
After 6 months, I will have coached you and your team on your journey from step 1 to step 6 of the 6I-model.
Do it for you
6-month in-house project management
For 6 months, 4 days a week, I will be working at your office, in close collaboration with you and your team. During this time, I will cover the steps of the 6I-model, and carry out all the tasks necessary to kickstart the execution of your plan.

After 6 months, your will know the feasibility of your plan, you will have developed a hand-on strategy and you and your staff will be out of the starting blocks.
